Information from vendors and infrastructure providers

Our hosting, database, analytics, communications, and security providers may process information on our behalf in order to help us operate the site. At the time of this policy, that includes infrastructure used through Cloudflare and waitlist storage through Supabase.

Please do not submit payment card numbers, passport details, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information through the waitlist form or ordinary email.

We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as of the date of this policy.

6. California Do Not Track Disclosures

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. There is currently no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond to these signals, so our website does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track requests at this time.

Email preferences

You can opt out of marketing or launch emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us at hello@purchasescan.com. We may still send service or legal notices when needed.

Access, correction, and deletion

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

California rights

If you are a California resident and PurchaseScan is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know, delete, correct, and obtain information about the personal information we collect and disclose, and the right to opt out of certain sharing or sale practices if they apply. We do not discriminate against people for exercising applicable privacy rights.

If you access the website from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of legal protection as your home country.

11. Children’s Privacy

PurchaseScan is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will delete it.
